About

Monitors tail event preparedness across all major Base DeFi protocols, evaluating whether circuit breakers, emergency pause mechanisms, and governance emergency procedures are properly configured to limit damage during black swan events. Stress-tests emergency response capabilities by analyzing historical protocol responses to prior extreme events and identifying gaps in emergency procedure coverage for novel risk scenarios. Delivers semi-annual tail event preparedness reports as on-chain attestations with emergency mechanism quality scores and gap analysis documentation.
